Wine · Land · Community
More than a winery.
A place to belong.
A boutique destination where wine, nature and people come together.
01 · The Project
Plant today.
Pour tomorrow.
A living estate shaped around wine, agriculture and community.
Akar begins as a boutique winery, but its vision extends far beyond the vineyard: a farm club, shared tables, unforgettable harvests and a community deeply connected to the land.
02 · The Vision
Slowness is rebellion.
Wine is the beginning. Belonging is the destination.
Akar is a place to reconnect—with the land, with the seasons and with one another. Every experience begins with provenance and is made richer around a shared table.
Regenerative agriculture, small-production wine and intimate hospitality grow together as one connected project.
03 · Life at Akar
The landscape
sets the rhythm.
Sierra, desert and sea shape the future of Akar: vineyards, a winery, shared tables and nights gathered around the fire.
04 · Membership
Come for the harvest.
Belong to the story.
Membership is an invitation into the life of Akar—from the first cut of the vine to the last glass at the table.

06 · Vineyard Journal
Notes from the land.
A smaller harvest.
A promising beginning.
Fewer grapes, good quality, and the joy of seeing the first juice: this season has given us plenty to remember.
Birds were among the challenges of the season. Sharing the land with its wildlife also means learning how to care for a crop as it ripens. The harvest was less abundant, but the quality of the grapes gives us reason to look ahead with excitement.
There was a journey, too: bringing the harvest down from Constitución with a trailer. Moving the fruit was another challenge between the work in the field and the beginning of the wine.
Then came the first juice. After the challenges of the season and the road, seeing it was a moment of pure happiness: the work was becoming something we could finally see taking shape.
We believe the intense sunlight of spring 2026 may leave its mark on this vintage. The grapes give us hope for an expressive wine; fermentation and time will reveal its character.
